Round 1 de-briefing

Thank you so much to everyone who helped organize, implement and make amazing the first monthly poetry slam and open mic in Peterborough.

Thank you to The Spill for being such an awesome venue and Dave and his boys for being such awesome hosts.

Thank you for everyone who filmed/photographed/documented the evening. If you would like to show any of your pictures (have them posted on this page) please e-mail them or their hosting addresses to kemacneill@gmail.com. That would be very much appreciated.

Thank you especially to Ziy for hosting, James for scorekeeping, Kim for running around with lists and in general being great. Thank you to Jes and Anu and Opus for performing and helping flesh out ideas throughout the decision-making process.

And of course, thank you to the judges for participating in a way that is at once super fun and also sometimes frustrating. And a huge thank you to John, Bob, Tony, Opus, Monica, Sally, Jes, Anu, Meaghan and Mike for getting up on that stage and blowing everybody away.
